How to set up your Basic Capital account

For new employees who were just added by their employer.

Find your Invite:

You should receive an automated activation email from Basic Capital with a personal invite link (unique to you, do not share it). You can use it to set up your account. Once registered, you can sign in anytime at app.basiccapital.com to view your account details.

Finish your account's setup:

  1. Open your personal invite link and create your login.

  2. Verify your identity. Have your Social Security Number and a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or ID card) ready. The address on your ID must match your profile address.

  3. Set your contribution.

  4. Add your beneficiaries.

  5. Sign the agreements.
